- Update DAU from 10-12K (Oct 2024) to ~17K (March 2025) across all files
- Add 2025 client update notes: Damus v1.12, Notedeck v0.4, Amethyst v1.04.2
- Add Data:2b citation for March 2025 nostr.band DAU reference
- Core thesis unchanged: client quality improving, retention still stagnant
