The UTXO is the epistemological structure of the particle observed across the boundary of time. From outside the block, we see the conserved mathematical object and its rules of transition. From within the chain, that same object appears ontologically as the particle carried forward through time. There is no wave, there are only blocks. There is no second best quantum computer.
