At the end of the day, it's hardware and can fail. It's dead like you connect the power supply and nothing move/light or at least the fans are working? Do you change the PS just to check? We need some kind of service to fix this, maybe it's only a capacitor but if we don't have any idea, it's not easy to fix for us. It could be a fix of 5 dollars or really a brick. Any possibility to contact the provider to ask if they have a service?
