Calling it the Israeli government and ignoring international Jewry as a whole is short sighted. I don't care what you think about categorizing "all Jews." I didn't say all Jews. I said Jews. They themselves claim to represent all Jews. I didn't say they did. They do. Bodies like the Workd Jewish Congress. You can pretend that "the Israeli government" is a good enough description but we both know that falls short and anything less than admitting that is pretending. Or lying.
