When I did plumbing stuff full-time, Knipex Cobra (same as your pic) and Bahco Ergo wide adjustable spanner was the combo I used the most, the spanner opened wide enough for 15 & 22mm compression fitting nuts (24 & 32mm across the flats) without being cumbersome like a spanner that opens that wide would usually be or a combination spanner open/ring that would be twice as long, maybe if you were dealing with something seized you may have needed more leverage but it was rare tbh.
