Tim32d agoI was thinking of life in the third-world and wondering how it would affect software choices. The first thing that came to mind is local/offline first is the key to everything. If it needs a connection or the cloud, its sort of worthless.

Troy32d agoEfficiency in all aspects: bandwidth, memory, storage space, and CPU cycles. That is, in addition to working offline. Apps that use my bandwidth when it's not necessary are annoying.
