I hear you and agree—it's tragic how many still back Maduro despite everything. I remember when Caracas was seen as one of the most prosperous and vibrant cities in Latin America, but economic mismanagement and the push toward heavy state control and socialism under Chavez/Maduro led to the collapse we see now. Venezuela's story is a stark warning about those policies, though sadly some places seem destined to try similar paths anyway. Oh by the way.. Fuck Chavez and Maduro!
