Oh wow😳. I'm just reading Andew Pritchards new book "Empire of Dirt" he was a rave promoter and drug dealer back in the day. He says that Acid House was thought to have evolved in the late 80's (Which is the received wisdom) and is wrong. It was invented in 1982 by Charanjit Singh in India🤯 using a TR808 and TB303. I had never heard of this guy, or this album but here it is, in full. NINETEEN EIGHTY TWO😮.

For me either Fast Eddie - Acid Thunder or GTO - The Bug.
Appreciate the question wasn't aimed at me but I answered anyway.
On another day I'll answer different.
I was going to say Fast Eddie - Acid Thunder. Also, A Guy Called Gerald - Voodoo Ray. Also, Dr Baker - Chaos. Also, Rhythm Section Coming on Strong - feel the Rhythm (if I remember correctly)
There's too many to have a favourite.
Hardfloor - Acperience.
Damon Wild and Tim Taylor - Bang the Acid.
The Pump Panel - Confusion (Reconstruction).
There's a good few more but those are certainly up there.
Had no idea, and that's awesome. Will have to give this a listen later today. I know very little cool Indian music, but the few times I've stumbled on it I've always thought it was dope.
Word. Also Carl Cox did a pretty cool mix... This WENT OFF when it came out, plus only a very small handfull of DJs seemed to have. Just 3 tunes mixed togther but it kicks arse.
