With a recommendation from the “Kahve Demleyen Yazılımcılar” group under AYA, I bought Colombia Carambo beans from Tone Coffee Roastery in Istanbul for filter/Aeropress brewing. SCA 85 score, light roast. It was my first time brewing an SCA-scored, light roast bean with an Aeropress. Man… It smells intensely like fermented fruit wine and vanilla, and there’s none of that bitterness I’ve experienced with so many other brands.
