Ending a 3 day fasting in 3 hours. What a wild ride! 🥵 Not the anger that didn't bother me that much. But the exhaustion. Especially since night from day 2 to day 3 wasn't good at all. 🤕 Lacking energy. But it'll be over soon. Hopefully I'll be able to feel the benefits in the coming days and start 2026 with a big bang. 🤞
