Is it possible the reason everyone has to drink so much water now is because we are being slowly microwaved all day with 5G, weather control frequency waves, and all sorts of EMF pummeling? I don’t remember anyone having water anywhere as I kid. Now you can’t leave the house without like a liter of water. Way more thoughts on this but consider this a jumping off question. @ba2f3948…6ad6e20a @2355757c…5ad3e04d

The lymphatic system is also probably working constantly in overtime to try to flush all the environmental and food toxins out.

For sure. I think it’s probably a myriad of unnatural environmental poisons.

I think it’s diet. I stopped eating shit and do not need or want water until around dinner time typically. I am not dehydrated at any point, urine is completely normal and not dark at all. I have a morning latte and noon coffee (8 ozs each) and feel no thirst until around 3-5 pm. Usually up at 7 am. It’s one of the many interesting changes I’ve noticed since changing my diet.

Diet definitely helps. Same with being in better shape. Likely many many factors.

Yes and no fat, soil magnesium depletion and mass marketing against tap water

Look into salting your water and also Sport Drink. I used to be guzzling water, but once I dialed in my electrolytes and minerals it reduced by 30-40%.

Minerals help a ton.

I think it's because since the late 20th century, people are overloaded on carbs (specifically fibrous ones). At no other time in our history have we been constantly told to eat fiber. Dietary fiber is not necessary for health. But if people do consume a lot of it, an abundance of water is needed to properly move it through the intestines.

I’m sure that is a factor too.

Agreed. I heard some doctor who spent time with the Maasai (can’t remember who) say they only drink a liter of water a day, often less. Which is wild considering they live in Africa and are very active. I’m typically a liter or less a day too unless I get a strong sweat going.

Feel like that was the norm forever.
