The absolute easiest way is to download @b33bf9e9…fdadf50d wallet, and create a new random identity. You will have some random email assigned to it. It serves as lightning email you can just copy to your nostr profile. And you're good to go. I'd just start there. Worry about setting up a wallet for larger transactions later. This simple setup can go a long way.

Minibits is a good choice. Rizful.com would also be a possibility and also very easy to setup.

Alternative way is to have Alby browser extension, but I think Minibits is way easier. The main thing to look for is the ability to easily copy the address from the wallet to your EXISTING profile. Some other wallets are also easy to set up, but they create the new nostr profile (key pair) for you.
