I used both apps for the last 3 years (you can install the pixel camera from the store and just lie to it with a "storage scope") I used the graphene one for anything more private and the other for "little other artificial improvements in low light"... However have to mention I didn't feel the need to install the "pixel camera" on my 10 yet 🤔 so I think this respond to your question.
