Relay.Tools is a pure bitcoin business. The hosting rate has only been reduced twice in three years, during the halvening. This took almost a year for the business ro recover from as many existing customers had their existing balance last twice as long. I may never adjust price again until the next halvening, I like charging in a fixed sats rate.
