Max72d agoI think yes, the algorithm used can be anything, including only of a single pubkey, its just harder to find a pre computed result of a niche key, or a specific collection of keys. In that case you'd have to pay an operator for creating that curated list, and then others can see it too.

Say for example an Angor investor who wants a personalised ranking of a founder or even equally valuable a ranking of the other investors.
