Chicken or egg headache from teeth clenching or clenching teeth because of the headache πŸ€”πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. I think it's the latter because I'm just now noticing that I'm clenching but damn now my jaw hurts πŸ™„.

I do this when I get stressed. Shoulders too. I have to consciously check in throughout the day (pretty much only when I'm working a shift at the hospital) to make sure I'm relaxing those areas. My new watch has actually been helping a lot. It's wildly accurate at picking up when Im stressed, usually before I even realize I'm getting stressed. Could be totally irrelevant for you but it's worth trying if you don't know what's causing the clenching (some people do it in their sleep)

I used to be a nighttime clencher, but I haven't in many years. I had a pretty bad migraine during the week and I'm still feeling the aftereffects "hangover" possibly a rebound headache. I'm trying to ignore it because I'm a believer in you can make it happen if you think on it too much.

See if your dental insurance will cover a nightguard. You get an impression done at the office, then the dentist has a lab make a custom nightguard exactly to fit your teeth. It’s usually about 500 bucks without insurance, but it makes a world of difference.

Migraines are truly awful. I used to have them monthly. Now maybe twice a year, usually when the weather changes. Unfortunately puking is the only thing that ever helps mine

Yes. I don't get them often anymore and usually not too bad, this one was just hanging in there for whatever reason. Agree with you on the puking.

The heating pad seems to have helped. Also the weather figuring itself out πŸ˜‚. Occasionally I get one that just won't quit, it's been a hot minute since I had a bad one like this.

for me, I found they were mostly hormonal and I'd get them like clockwork with my cycle. Haven't had a bad one since I got pregnant with taro though so maybe the hormone stuff sorted itself out. glad you're feeling better!
