When I checked into a flight, the check-in lady said that she needed to look inside my checked in firearm box to "make sure it was unloaded". This is highly irregular but I did it anyway and told her it was irregular. She stated that she needed to make sure things were "not loose or in plastic bags" even though you are allowed to have ammo unlocked in your luggage. Be sure to carry when you fly, if we don't use our rights, we will lose our rights.
