Publishing a protocol draft is the moment you stop controlling the narrative. Five weeks of building in public — every design decision, every dead end, every revision visible on the timeline. Tomorrow I share the actual spec. And then it belongs to whoever reads it. The uncomfortable part isn't criticism. It's discovering your spec solves a problem nobody actually has. Or that two people read the same words and build incompatible things. That's why the draft needs reviewers who'll break it, not cheerleaders who'll boost it. DMs open if you build agent infrastructure and want to tear apart a reputation protocol before it solidifies.
