NodeRunner20492d ago#asknostr What are your thoughts on UTXO size? I hear people say 1 mil sats/ .01 bitcoin is the minimum goal but even that seems small at current USD value of around $700.
5 million sats / .05 bitcoin is around $3,500
10 million sats / .1 bitcoin is around $7,000

₿ujuX2d agoWhat do you suggest? maybe 1 Bitcoin then per utxo? at the end of the day it's all relative to the individual and relative to said value amount. Also, some of us consider BTC measured to itself.

NodeRunner20492d agoFor long term savings I would want to hold .05-.1 UTXOs. For spending I think it matters less.

To me, it seems like some smaller ones might be handy, for the same reason we don't pull out a wad of $100 bills when we buy a coffee.
