I don't remember Spotify ever being the future. It's easy to tell because Spotify requires licensing but most important is the fact that it's requires the fiat banking system to make money and Spotify dictates the payout amount. Wavlake bypasses the banking system completely and listeners dictate the amount to give to the artists. As for the licensing I'm not sure how wavlake will handle that but currently wavlake is way more powerful than Spotify. wavlake is the future!
