We're in a similar situation to Andalus they were in a mess of a society and rulers used to collude with the enemy kafir aggressors against their Muslim brothers for their interests, also back in the times of umayyad, abbasid, etc starting with Muawiyah who aggressed upon Muslims and while he was doing that he made deals with the fallen weakened romans so he can focus on usurping the people's shura and change it to a monarchy starting all of this like a snowball effect of dictatorship, church like structures and attempting to lie about the prophet pbuh inventing hadiths/commands like the rule is only for Qurashis(he said that because he heard someone relay a hadith about the end times that there would be a Qahtani ruler or something like that so he didn't like that and felt his monarchy threatened by the notion that anyone can be a ruler) within the arabic library linked earlier is a historical legal research into the narrations of Muawiya starting the tradition of cursing Ali bin Abi Talib on the minbar(pulpit), and you know the famous authentic hadith that whoever loves Ali is a believer and whoever hates him is a munafiq, also another one is that alliegance with him is that of allegiance to the prophet pbuh so basically also allegiance to God which simply means he is not be fought in war for he is always on the righteous side, and a mutawatir hadith the prophet pbuh saying : "May Allah be merciful to `Ammar. He will be killed by a rebellious aggressive group. `Ammar will invite them to (obey) Allah and they will invite him to the (Hell) fire.", etc
