Age verification at OS level is worst than the telescreens described in 1984, privacy basically becoming a crime and night impossible, it's not about your linux mint just being inconvenient, you can start forgetting about the idea of normies adopting Bitcoin or Monero, because Bluewallet and Cakewallet won't work on normie devices and if does it likely kills their entire purpose. Now adds the fact that every eletronics and car is now supposed to be a "smart" thing.. yep, you're fucking cooked, every little part of your life recorded into big tech and government servers like is supposed to be in a real serious evil engineered society (because this is what this shit is). https://youtu.be/lqt5czOckdw

If the people don't resist (actual resistance to force a correction towards freedom, not #omgfreedomtuesdays x3), then they will be slaves, that's about it. But, with the assumption of a future where the majority are sheep and salves, then there'd simply be two worlds: The world of masters and salves The world of free people passing through those masters and slaves However, with the assumption of a future where people resist but are still sheep-ish, then the mater of having a free world will depend on creators making products that are so good that the sheep go out of their way to want to use it, and these products would have freedom infrastructure in the background (invisible freedom for the sheep) for the benefit of the sheep but more importantly for the benfit of free people. That's also the issue with a lot of freedom creators btw, they try hard to convince the sheeps/slaves to be free, when they should focus on those who want to be free instead and provide them with the highest effort possible, which includes (and this strategic part is forgotten) making solutions for the sheep to utilize/take-advantage-of them, not directly help them, to benefit the free people, which may sound horrible, but then you'd notice "the moment a sheep/slave decided to be free, then they're in the beneficial side already".

But what about operating systems that are no longer supported, such as Android 12, Windows 10, and Windows 7?

You’re right about OS-level surveillance killing privacy-first tools, but normie adoption might not hinge on wallets like Bluewallet. The Bitcoin ETF explosion shows institutional channels could onboard masses without them touching self-custody—for better or worse. https://theboard.world/articles/bitcoin-etf-flows-price-d…
