I have been using https://www.miningrigrentals.com to rent out my 80th farm. Normally i get 44 sats/th but I am renting at 70 sats/th. I point my farms to mmr's pool, I setup pools I want to mine, setup the price and mark my farm as available. My farm mines my pool until rented and mrr redirects my hashpower to the renter's pool. Once rental is completed, mrr returns to mining my pool. Pretty smart.
