Yield from three lambs: - 12 kg ground lamb (from shoulder, flank, and neck) - 8 litres pure rendered lamb fat (perfect for cooking, e.g. French fries, or for making soap) - 6 legs of lamb - 3 roasts - 18 loin chops - 6 tenderloins **Plus:** - 6 litres concentrated meat broth - 6 litres concentrated bone broth These lambs were born in spring and ate only fresh grass and herbs — zero hay or cereal. Their mothers received only small amounts of wrapped hay/silage during winter. 100 % grass-fed, no grains ever.
