We've been shipping stockpiles of Small arms ammunition to Ukraine and Israel for some time now. Unless by "ammo" you mean tomahawk missiles, I don't think this conflict is going to have an additional effect. Probably the opposite. Production will ramp up and you can likely get surplus on the back end.

Ukraine isn't using much small arms ammo any more. It's becoming quite common for soldiers to simply never have a reason to fire their rifle, other than shooting at drones. And that is increasingly being handled by shotguns with birdshot and other specialty anti-drone ammo. Re: tomahawk missiles, the US hasn't provided any to Ukraine. They should have: Ukraine could have used them to destroy the shahed factories producing the same drones that are now attacking Amazon data centers...
