Winter hasnt really shown up here so I’ve been taking advantage of all the sunshine. New skill I’m learning for 2026, Rope Flow. It’s way harder than it looks and this is one of the first flows I’ve put two different movements together. Rope Flow combines coordination, spinal locomotion, and endurance all into one activity making your body/facia more fluid through movement.
