When you install more Nostr signer apps, this list will appear.

0xchat uses NIP-17 and NIP-29, while XChat uses NIP-EE (Nostr MLS).

It's supposed to be. Once White Noise releases a stable version, compatibility testing will be conducted. And GM - forgot to say earlier 🙂

I’ve run into this too, but it doesn’t happen every time, need to check the cause.

Good point! XChat is set up with one relay per circle, but you can switch between circles (relays). XChat is more focused on small, private groups, while White Noise seems to aim for larger crowds. That’s why XChat tries to use a single relay and keeps key packages away from the relay — we only share them via QR codes

Thanks Joe for bringing this up. At this stage we’d prefer to stick with XChat, but will definitely keep your point in mind going forward

For native apps, it’s recommended to use a native signer for a better user experience — for example, Amber. There are also other signer apps like Aegis and Nowser. For browser apps, you can just use a NIP-07 extension for login.
