Ugh adjusting to time change coming back west (or reverse maybe because I flew west?) is so much worse than the other way
Slept fine Sat night (bit late and post 1 beer) - slept through 6hrs got up late even 8am. Thought body clock had reset.
Last night slept at a bit past 11, up at 2:45am till past 4. Then a bit of a doze and up again before 5:30. No point trying sleep anymore, will brace for the long day ahead.
