I doubt it, but maybe. Oh! I listened to the thing with Simon Dixon. Twice... I have such a hard time with the British accent, I had to relisten to be sure I got it. I think the general thrust of his argument could have merit - multinational money isn't patriotic. But the problem is the cost of what the American navy does. Its not cheap... I mean, it might literally be the most expensive thing in the world, maintaining a navy and using it to keep shipping safe. I don't think there's any other country that's willing to bear that cost right now. So... I think his timeline is off. But idk. But back to the marines being deployed... Its probably just not for Iran in the way it was presented in the news thingy. Its probably for Lebanon.
