it was a short wuick search, to decide if it's a good rabbit hole 😅 olive oil it is dielectric (probably, need to verify) but higher viscosity than canola so it will flow less easy hampering cooling. not as high thermal conductivity vs canola and less stable on higher temps. so yeah, i will toss a nerdminer or bitaxe in it and go from there 😄
