For some reason, I don’t see either photo that you mentioned - the EMF ranges by NASA or the mitochondria. Have you read Dr. Beckers work? From the 1960s - 1980s, Robert O Becker was studying nnEMFs as well. He used the term “bio electricity” and his lab was eventually defunded when he spoke out against Project Sanguine / Seafarer on 60 minutes. YouTube video linked below. He discusses a study in The Body Electric that correlated the location of overhead power lines to suicide rates in the UK in 1979.
