Didn't care how long it took or how fast I was running as it's about trying to build an aerobic base, the only data feeds displayed on the watch while out were HR & Cadence.
There was 682ft of ascent during the run and I wanted to cap my HR at 145bpm so walked on some of the hills, around 3 mins total.
Didn't take any water and it was windy af, maybe in better conditions HR could've been lower.
