The way he talks about BRICS is so hilarious. It's a term (originally just BRIC) made up by a Goldman Sachs analyst (Jim something, I forget) about 20 years ago because it was catchy. Apart from his wild level of dumb about this (he thought the "s" was Spain!), one "detail" that a large amount of westerners seem to ignore is that India and China are not just not aligned, they are serious enemies. The original grouping made sense because it was about investments.
