The legal responsibility is pretty low considering we're talking about hosting a VPS bought in crypto, that might be in another country than you. It's a similar concept to a Tor exit node legality wise. We're looking for people promoting their own brand and making something positive, so it's clear that it's not just us generating a new nostr key. That it's actually another person, and their posts/ideas/work is why they should be trusted.
