Lightning channels require stable internet connections. If yours is falling down constantly, you risk the oposite party you have opened channel with, to force close the channel. And also payments can't go through which is logical. I did have an occasional outages because of my ISP and can say that did not effect my opened channels. I might have missed a zap or two dough 😄
