#Sungazing is one of the most powerful health habits you can implement (as long as you do it wisely, of course)
I did it every day (save a few bad chemtrail days) for 3 weeks when I was living in ATX
There is zero damaging UV in the first 30mins and last 30mins of the day. Doesn't hurt your eyes at all - in fact there are tons of stories online of people healing their vision and ditching glasses from sungazing
The key is starting very small (10sec when 🌞 is right on the horizon) and work your way up 10 seconds each day to build your eyes' tolerance
By the end of that 3 weeks, I was staring that mf down for over a minute and had practically zero pink spot afterward, since I built up my eyes' tolerance slowly
Let me just say, it makes a lot of sense why the controllers of this world spray the shit out of the skies every day. You can practically feel your pineal gland decalcifying when you do this.
