There are titles now when you upload music or audio files if you are on the latest v0.3.2. Any other key points you'd like to see Vector improve?

No, more the flow to post media, general media playback (which seems to have been fixed for audio) including titles.
The biggest limiting factor is channel size.
Telegram is fast, easy to use, and can quickly reach 1k persons with on-the-grouns media--until you can compete with that, you're never getting accepted
