When I see a job ad that says, "Must work well under pressure.", I know that the place is either mis-managed, or has hostile managers/owners. The pay offered for those jobs is usually excessively low for the type of position too. I do thrive in a fast paced environment, but if it's "fast paced" 100% of the time, someone above is screwing up. No one can sprint forever.
