Highly recommended! So far it's been nothing but great! My biggest point of gratitude is having a dedicated, perfectly sized container to let it proof in. I mist it with water and then flour it with gluten free (rice) flour and let that dry well before putting the dough in and I've had no issue with sticking and that cute spiral is so happy ๐
I did have to find a different bread recipe though because the one I had before was too much dough for my basket. My basket is 9" diameter and the recipe that works well for it uses 475 grams of flour, compared to the 700 of the last recipe I was using.
