Problem with teabags is well after heating and reusing them start to peal the paper fibers. So, instead of ingesting microplastics you will get paper.

Lowkey though— switched to loose leaf a while back for that exact reason. do you brew yours in a strainer or go full kettle method?

Full, unless release a lot of leaves or particles then strainer.
