It is parasitic and offers zero value to citizens Charge immigrants an entry fee which serves as revenue for the country, sent to communities and citizens. The fee attracts the right people who value living in Canada, blocks freeloaders and acts as a bond - if they break the law or don’t contribute to their communities, they get deported and lose the fee. $10,000 is a reasonable fee. High enough that only serious people enter. Could be sponsored by a Canadian company Canada can be such a kick ass country but we have a long way to go and need many citizens to wake the F up.
