Essentially what it says, a loaf of mince. Add some chopped veg in there and stuff and bake it in the oven. (We use our air fryer on bake because it's so fast compared to the actual oven.)

It's ground beef mixed up with seasonings and mashed in to a loaf tin and a bottle of ketchup on top, not elegant 😂. It's a classic comfort food, this recipe throws the veggies in for extra moisture and flavor and the ketchup gets a kick in the pants. Variations on a theme if you will.
