Super ironic that this is the first video I see after getting home from 3 days in the hospital from heart failure and pneumonia... im 55yo. Thats some scary shit. Like four other people I know near my age have had heart attacks this last year. If this shit ain't a wake up call I don't know what is. Welp. Gotta go walk!
