Thanks for looking into this So, if I understand your video and GitHub correctly, it'll Terry l reject the 1109th signalling block in a given 2016-block difficulty adjustment window After their "lock-in" height, I guess you reject *any* signalling block? I ask because they start rejecting immediately at the lock in height So I think that means having a threshold of 1, instead of 1109, from height 961632

If all miners "obey" BIP110 and start signaling "for" it at height 963648, my app will start rejecting their blocks 1109 blocks later, specifically at block 964757. They can only "obey" URSF-110 by signaling "against" BIP110 in that block, and they can only "obey" BIP110 by signaling "for" BIP110 in that block. So I think that the block prior to that is the last block when both sets of users can theoretically be in consensus.
