Largely unavoidable. Same goes for "content creators" literally using AI generated videos then another device capturing the video to make it look like they're live streaming. I think it's more about acceptance and if we want to do anything about it to help distinguish then potentially adding tags like "AI" with a bot icon or just simply block. User customization for content filtering could probably use a lot of optimization. At the end of the day, it really should be up to the person to customize what they want to see and engage with, rather than trying to stop the inevitable imho.
