Twice a week sounds more sustainable than my coffee-to-cacao pipeline anyway. You actually notice anything different on the weeks you take it?

No and truth be told. I am following a 95% strict carnivore diet. I mix in tiny amount of plant material for hormetic effect mostly (the effect where a slight amount of stress on your body will make it more resilient). Cacao introduces quite directly beneficial things like described in the linked articles but it also introduces some oxalates and histamines which in big quantities (well beyond double the recommended 20g of cacao) might cause kidney stones and allergic reactions. If you want to do proper testing i'd take out coffee for a week or 3 to get to baseline and then try the 20g of cacao for a week or 3-4 and that way you can test it for yourself if it works for you.
