Troy8d agoIf you're operaring lawfully (not harming), you can get around legality by exercising you right to freely associate, establishing a Private Membership Association. This is a private "club", not operating in the public. Your products would only be available to members, just like Costco, country clubs, etc.

Kip Ashlynn7d agoThank you for sharing this. What resources did you use to develop these? I'm exploring helping someone set up a PMA to facilitate various trade between members.
My group is public facing so won't be PMA we'll just be an association but we'll funnel people to the PMA for private trade possibilities 🤔 currently my group is incubated by my LLC but apparently that's dumb and I should dissolve the LLC. 🤷♀️
It's all so trifling and complicated.
