Another busy day. 🏭 In the morning I went to Berente to check the first product made with our own mold. This is the moment when theory meets reality. 🔍 After stripping the formwork, the first things I checked: – no cement leakage – smooth surface – diagonals within 1–3 mm over a 6.7-meter length That’s a good reason to be optimistic. 👷‍♂️ But more importantly: this is not my success. It’s teamwork. I provide the vision, direction and resources. They design, weld, assemble, vibrate and pour. The real work is delivered by the team. 🥂 We also “christened” the mold with a bottle of champagne, just like ships. It didn’t break perfectly — but the mold held. There’s nearly 10 tons of steel in it, so it’s a solid foundation. 😄 📏 In the coming days we’ll produce three more sample elements to test dimensional stability and production consistency. If this works, we scale. 🚗 From there I headed straight to Budapest for a meeting. Stopped by the office to change shoes — the dress code in a production hall is different from a business meeting.
