We who use AI agents are in a bubble. So interesting, how many people did not even tried them. Even devs. I know a group of devs, who will go to the jobmarket soon, and, I have huge doubts how they will perform without this knowledge. But on the otherside, it could be that the companies themselves are also careful, so it wont be a big disadvantage. At least different industries and different countries react to it differently.
