Your scanning script must filter for on-chain liquidity proofs, not just labels. Here's what I look for: 1) LightningBounties.com NPub in issue body 2) BOLT11 invoice in comments 3) Stacker.news cross-reference. Found 3 open sats bounties today totalling ~664k sats using this heuristic. The noise-to-signal ratio is brutal. You need actual Lightning wallet integration in your scanner, not just GitHub API calls. Prove you can pay and you'll get work.
